As CTO, you'll lead the charge in shaping the technological vision and strategy across the organization. Your focus will be on driving key initiatives to ensure our tech landscape remains efficient, innovative, and high performing.

What you will do:
  1. Develop and execute the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  2. Ensure best practices and efficient use of resources
  3. Manage technology budgeting and staffing requirements
  4. Establish and enforce governance frameworks, security protocols, and standards across all of technology
  5. Mentor and develop technical teams, encompassing knowledge sharing, succession planning, career progression, and overall collaboration between teams
  6. Experience communicating with C-level stakeholders and/or governance boards.
What you need to have:
  1. In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends
  2. Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulations
  3. Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  4. Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  5. Experience in engineering - both from a software and cloud architecture perspective. You should be able to challenge technical decisions and actively participate in technical and architecture planning.
  6. Experience in integrating large-scale disparate technologies across multiple companies and/or vendors
  7. Security and compliance: deep understanding of cloud security principles and regulatory requirements
  8. Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  9. Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  10. Vendor management: experience working with multiple vendors and controlling tech expenditure
