Job Description

Chinese speaking Business Process Analyst - IT Business Analyst

The role will be hybrid between being onsite and working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
  • Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, developing tailored specifications.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of requirements.
  • Participate in and manage business-driven IT development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Write business/functional requirement specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent Chinese speaker
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, workflow analysis.
  • Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
  • Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred.
  • Process management certifications (eg, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
