Join the Cisco ONE SE (Solution Strategist) team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving innovation and transformation across EMEA. As part of this team, you'll be based in the UK, Germany, or Netherlands-North, strategically positioned to influence and lead engagements with our largest and most strategic customers in the region. We are at the forefront of defining business value through the deployment and operation of Cisco's groundbreaking technology solutions, ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes. Our team collaborates across various domains, combining the strengths of Cisco's leading technology and CX portfolio to deliver exceptional results. You will play a crucial role in solution architecture, partnering with CX/service design, and ensuring operational continuity.
Your Impact:
- Lead and orchestrate strategic solution engagements with key customers, demonstrating the business value and innovation of Cisco's offerings. You will articulate how success is measured and foster lasting customer relationships.
- Provide leadership in solution architecture, working collaboratively with CX/service design to ensure the seamless deployment and consumption of solutions. You'll navigate complex business landscapes to align customer objectives with Cisco's strategic platform direction.
- Interface directly with CxO's and IT leadership, using your strategic acuity to drive and influence engagement while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Your insights will guide customers in realizing their digital transformation goals.
- Develop and present innovative architectural solutions using Cisco products, showcasing how they meet specific business outcomes. You'll act as a coordination point for Architecture/CX/Business leadership and client executives.
- Navigate Cisco Sales, Product, Service, and Executive priorities, identifying and collaborating to resolve business risks and gaps in architectural or service models. You'll engage with cross-functional partners to drive success.
- Work closely with customer collaborators, partners, and internal teams to define pursuit success metrics, solutions, and models aligned with business objectives. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be key.
- Through your seniority, you will likely engage in internal and external business initiatives and mentorship, contributing to the long-term success of Cisco.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in Digital and Service Strategy within Enterprise businesses, Digital Architectures, IT Operations, Supplier and Service Management lifecycles, and IT Consumption Models.
- Proven experience with contract structures and working effectively with large Enterprise/Fortune 500 business customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An excellent listener, communicator, and collaborator, able to operate effectively with various partners. You are a compelling presenter who excels in value-based storytelling.
- Background in Digital technology with strong understanding of Resourceful Network, Multi-cloud, Collaboration, and Security domains.
- Knowledge of service design principles and frameworks such as ITIL, demonstrating highly developed planning skills and solid relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a diverse international team, directly engaging with customers and the partner community. Your ability to absorb new subject matter quickly will be advantageous.
