We are currently seeking an exceptional Client Advisor to join our Harrods team on a full-time permanent basis. A solid proven track record within a similar role in luxury or premium retail is advantageous however not a must.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
2. Build long lasting relationships with new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
3. Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
4. Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store.
5. Maintain the visual display of the products.
6. Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service.
7. Ensure security awareness through client approach and service.

Requirements

1. Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
2. Strong team player.
3. Proven and demonstrable track record with successful results in a similar role.
4. Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
5. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
