ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Supporting our Mandarin-speaking clients with account and platform inquiries.
- Part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for retail and professional investors via phone, live web chat, and email communication.
- Executing trades over the phone.
- Conducting trade investigations; generating trade reports and statistics for clients and management.
- Understanding and applying best execution for FX, CFD, and equity buy and sell trades.
- Delivering solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experience.
- Adapting to changes in regulations and policies/procedures.
- Other tasks assigned to you, such as funding channel monitoring, daily summary, building team training material, or training new representatives.
- Adapting compliance policy and procedure for a variety of international regulatory environments.
- Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while demonstrating a positive and professional image to clients.
- Conducting outbound customer care and upselling when you have your client book.
- Applicants must be available to shift between the day shift (about 8:00 am-4:30 pm) & noon shift (about 12:00 pm-9:00 pm) when required.
- Applicants must be available to cover the weekend when required.
- A bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field. Candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experience.
- Native Mandarin speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong command of computer multi-tasking skills (staff will simultaneously navigate 4 - 5 software systems).
- Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, and numerical) with related customer service experience.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong mathematical and conflict-resolution skills.
- A critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and analytic work.
- Ability to work effectively and make decisions in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure in difficult situations.
- Strong sales skills and the intent to build good relationships with our customers.
