Purpose of the job:

To provide a first-class administration service to our corporate clients, supporting the delivery of a clients' ongoing pension services as detailed in the client engagement letter.

The job holder will work closely with the rest of their team (Practice), including their Practice Manager, a Principal Partner, and Consultants. As a direct point of contact for clients, the role holder will need to juggle multiple tasks for numerous clients at any one time, meeting both client expectations and those of the Practice.

Job summary:

Key to this role is the development of client relationships and the delivery of a positive client experience as the role holder supports our corporate clients and their employees (members).

The role holder will be responsible for answering client queries, maintaining client information and records, and updating key systems: Intelligent Office and HubSpot.

The role holder will send regular communications and updates to corporate clients and oversee the required updates of client member presentations using approved slide decks.

Working closely with Consulting Partners, the role holder will deliver the admin support required to ensure Consulting Partners are delivering core services and any upselling/project opportunities.

The role holder will seek support and delegate to more junior team members and provide training and guidance where required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build a rapport and develop client relationships, answering both employer and member queries.
  • Prepare data and information in advance of client meetings for Consulting Partners and attend client meetings where applicable.
  • Work with providers to obtain data, valuations, and contribution information using insurers' online systems or via telephone.
  • Support the delivery of data reporting and writing, including producing Governance reports and attending client Governance meetings where applicable.
  • Work with Consulting Partners to identify new business opportunities and support where required on these upselling opportunities with clients.
  • Assist with monthly MI reporting and updating activity logs.
  • Some administration of pension schemes, including payroll uploads.
  • Support Client Relationships Managers and Practice Managers with project delivery and workload where appropriate.
  • Train and mentor junior members of staff.
