Who We Are
The Global Client Services Brand team focuses on forging and deepening commercial partnerships with advertisers directly at either regional or global level. We are a fast-growing team focused on onboarding and developing long-term relationships with advertisers across a growing number of verticals. We are high-touch with our clients, offering day-to-day support to help them derive the most value from our platform, whilst taking a consultative approach to designing mid and long-term engagement plans that support their most ambitious growth goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of business across key strategic clients in the beauty and telecoms vertical, overseeing relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client services.
- Balance long-term (12 months+) planning with short-term objectives in order to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.
- Study your client's business opportunities, challenges and growth strategies to advise on strategic integrations across data, technology and business processes.
- Use creative and strategic problem-solving skills to find solutions that are mutually beneficial to TTD and our clients.
- Constantly review and optimise workflow & processes for health of client's business, which involves project management of cross-functional teams.
- Quickly develop business acumen across multiple verticals & advertisers with ability to become trusted subject matter expert.
- Build, maintain, and execute engagement plans, both internally & externally.
- Inform our product roadmap and the global client services vision & strategy.
- Work closely with colleagues locally and globally to develop and execute an onboarding plan that will make customers successful with our programmatic buying platform.
- Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Create and evangelise thought-leadership.
- Help to create and/or optimise ways of working and client-facing playbooks.
- Some international travel will be required to ensure face time with our clients across the globe that you're responsible for.
Who You Are
- 10+ years' relevant experience in media or a related industry, with strong programmatic experience; consulting experience a plus.
- Experience working with telecoms or beauty clients directly a plus.
- Extensive experience in professional client strategy/relationship management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
- Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client strategy, plus executive-level and C-Suite relationships.
- Able to grasp and communicate with gravitas on media, marketing and technical subject matter; working with and being able to influence CMOs and CEOs through superior business insights.
- Ability to build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups through superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track-record in designing and executing 12+ month client engagement and growth plans.
- Successful in creating and evangelising new thought leadership, ways of working or customer-facing solutions.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and how media, programmatic, data, measurement and technology fit into the full picture.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Execute in a timely fashion in fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
