An opportunity to join a leading luxury beauty brand as a Clinic Manager, based in London. You will be required to do a 5-week paid training in Paris.
The Role As Clinic Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the clinic's success, leading a team of beauty experts to deliver an unrivalled luxury experience. Your role will be a perfect mix of leadership, customer engagement, and business strategy.General- Oversee the daily management of the clinic, ensuring a seamless, luxury experience for clients.
- Build a strong, dynamic team with a focus on excellence and service.
- Communicate goals, sales incentives, and performance expectations.
- Ensure the clinic is always immaculate, organised, and well-stocked.
- Plan and execute exclusive events to drive awareness and attract new clients.
- Develop partnerships with high-end businesses, hotels, and gyms to expand the client base.
- Lead and coach your team to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive product sales through personalised consultations and luxury service.
- Increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT) through expert product recommendations.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully booked and oversee appointment scheduling.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of beauty professionals.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering and replenishment.
- Manage operational and administrative tasks, including staff rotas and reporting.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align business strategies with company goals.
- Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring every client receives a personalised luxury experience.
- Conduct skincare consultations, beauty treatments, and product demonstrations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to increase retention and brand loyalty.
- Capture client details in the database to enhance customer engagement and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Have a strong background in premium beauty management in a managerial role - You know the industry inside and out.
