Our ideal candidate will be a confident all-round first opinion vet, who is capable of leading our small veterinary team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Vet looking to take on more clinical responsibility and is a great first step into management. Our practice is fortunate to have a fantastic practice director who handles the day-to-day running and business side of the practice. This will allow you to work with our Head nurse, focusing on the best patient care and giving you the time to support and mentor our vet team.

We are ideally looking for a full-time Vet to work 40 hours per week, but we appreciate that for some candidates, part-time options may work better for commitments outside of work; therefore, we are happy to discuss all options. We are very understanding of work/life balance and are strict and supportive of ensuring allocated breaks are taken within the team.
Benefits and SalarySalary up to £70k pro rata, dependent on experience. We also offer a generous benefits package, including five weeks annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, up to 5 days' long service days, and the option to purchase up to 2 weeks additional leave per year, an industry-leading contributory pension, among many other benefits.
