A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its specialist team in Liverpool.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Managing a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims.
2. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of healthcare-related matters.
3. Conducting investigations, drafting legal documents, and preparing cases for litigation.
4. Representing clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings.
5. Supervising and mentoring junior team members, contributing to their development.
6. Working closely with medical experts and counsel to build strong cases.
7. Engaging in business development activities to support the growth of the department.

Candidate Requirements

1. Qualified solicitor with significant experience in clinical negligence law.
2. Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of handling complex claims.
3. Excellent client care and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.
