Project Manager - Rare Disease Study (Belgium) - Contract

Upsilon Global is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support a Rare Disease Clinical Study in Belgium. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the study, from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Contract Length: 12 months

FTE: 0.3 - 0.5 FTE

Therapeutic Area: Rare Disease - Cystic Fibrosis

Location: Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical trial execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Manage regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation.

Monitor site activation, patient recruitment, and study progress.

Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and regulatory bodies.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide leadership to clinical teams

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience in clinical research.

Experience in rare disease trials is preferred.

Strong understanding of Belgian and EU regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English
