As a CLM Data Analyst, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving migration and integration activities. This role focuses on managing KYC data migration initiatives as part of broader transformation projects, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless transition across systems. It involves overseeing the migration lifecycle, from analysing and mapping datasets to resolving discrepancies and maintaining sensitive customer information in line with regulatory requirements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the Transformation Lead to align strategies, identify risks, and drive operational improvements. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting technical challenges, optimising migration processes, and documenting outcomes to support continuous enhancement of future transformations. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this high-impact role.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in large data migrations on a CLM/KYC project.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Transformation Lead driving migration and integration activities for the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
  • Create the data mapping between the CLM system and the downstream applications
  • Create a data dictionary including transformation requirements which can be provided to the technology teams for implementation
  • Work with the business transformation teams to ensure impacts of the data mapping aligns with requirements for changes to the business process
  • Collect, organise, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualisations for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable results
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data by performing quality checks
  • Utilise data analysis tools and software to optimize workflows and processes

As a CLM Data Analyst, you will have:

  • Experience in analysing, mapping, and migrating KYC data from legacy systems to new platforms while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to align migration processes with regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in using data migration tools and techniques, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, for handling large volumes of KYC data.
  • Skill in conducting thorough data quality checks and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Familiarity with managing sensitive customer data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during the migration process, minimizing disruptions to business operations
  • Ability to document migration processes, lessons learned, and post-migration reviews to support continuous improvement in future projects
