Cloud Change and Adoption Lead (Change Manager)

My client, a leading Financial Services company based in Brussels, is looking to hire a Cloud Change and Adoption Lead on a long term contract, onsite 2 days per week.

You will be experienced developing and implementing Change Management Strategies, creating comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals, addressing potential challenges and ensuring seamless execution.

Candidates require a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a Financial Services environment.
