Co-Founder & CXO Digital First Tax Advisory (remote, m/f/d)

We are seeking a Co-Founder / CXO for a digital tax advisory firm.

Are you a visionary entrepreneur, tax advisor, or CFO with a passion for finance and technology? We are building an interdisciplinary tax advisory firm and are a team of entrepreneurs, tax advisors, and auditors.

We will specialize in supporting startups, scale-ups, and innovative mid-sized businesses in optimizing their financial processes and maximizing tax advantages. Our clients value our proactive consulting approach, high service levels, and digital-first approach.

Aufgaben

• Visionary & Strategic Leadership: Co-develop and implement the company's strategy.
• Operational Excellence: Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify and integrate new technologies to optimize processes.
• People: Oversee the hiring and management of our exceptional teams.
• Partnerships & Growth: Build relationships with tax advisors, auditors, network partners, and technology providers and represent the company externally.

Qualifikation

• Experience in tax, advisory, finance, and/or building digital companies.
• Being educated in tax advisory or auditing is a plus.
• Experience as a CFO/head of finance is a plus.
• Passion for improving business processes with innovative solutions.
• Strong experience with building teams and a passion for people.
• Proven organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
• German language skills are a big plus
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
• Attentive to detail
