COGNIWAVE DYNAMICS - Long - Term Mission in Brussels - Data Breach Handler (Personal Data)

We are looking for a Data Breach Handler (Personal Data) to join the Data Protection Office team for a long-term mission in Brussels. This role involves managing personal data breaches, conducting risk assessments, supporting business teams, and improving breach-handling processes.
2 days on-site in Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Assess risks related to data breaches using the ENISA method.
• Assist business teams in managing personal data breaches.
• Monitor and report on the progress of breach incidents.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance breach-handling processes.
• Align stakeholders on roles and responsibilities.
• Create supporting materials, including templates, training, and awareness content.
• Conduct in-person training and awareness sessions for business teams.

Required skills:
Experience:

• Data breach/cybersecurity risk assessment (ENISA method).
• Audit and control procedures.
• Security incident management.
• Project management (tracking action plans and coordinating stakeholders).
• Reporting skills.

Technical skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Training material creation.

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train teams in a classroom setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, goal-driven attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
