The Colleague Experiences Lead will spearhead the transformation of traditional facilities management into dynamic, human-centric workplace ecosystems across the EMEA region. This role will integrate cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and behavioural science to create adaptive, resilient, and engaging work environments that drive business performance, cultural alignment, and employee well-being for JLL's diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Ecosystem Development:
  • Architect a holistic workplace ecosystem strategy that seamlessly integrates physical spaces, digital platforms, and human-centred services
  • Develop adaptive models that flex with changing business needs, economic conditions, and workforce demographics across diverse EMEA markets
  • Create frameworks for quantifying the ROI of human experience initiatives in terms of productivity, retention, innovation, and overall business performance
  • Cross-Cultural Experience Design:
    • Develop nuanced, culturally-sensitive experience strategies that resonate across the diverse EMEA region
    • Implement design thinking methodologies to create inclusive workplace solutions that cater to multi-generational and neurodivergent workforces
    • Pioneer the integration of biophilic design, circadian lighting, and other wellness-focused elements into the workplace ecosystem
  • Technology Integration and Digital Transformation:
    • Lead the integration of IoT, AI, and predictive analytics to create responsive, intelligent workplaces
    • Develop strategies for seamless physical-digital workplace integration, including AR/VR applications for remote collaboration
    • Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure data privacy and security in increasingly connected workplaces
  • Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility:
    • Align workplace ecosystem strategies with ESG goals and circular economy principles
    • Develop programs that promote sustainable behaviours and reduce environmental impact within managed facilities
    • Create initiatives that connect workplace experiences to broader community engagement and social impact
  • Future of Work Research and Innovation:
    • Establish a cross-functional innovation lab to explore emerging trends in work, technology, and human behaviour
    • Collaborate with academic institutions and think tanks to conduct original research on the future of work
    • Translate research insights into actionable strategies and pilot programs for JLL and its clients
  • Client Advisory and Business Development:
    • Serve as a C-suite level advisor on workplace strategy and human experience to key clients and prospects
    • Develop sophisticated business cases and ROI models for human-centric workplace investments
    • Create and deliver thought leadership content at high-profile industry events and executive forums
  • Talent Ecosystem Management:
    • Design and implement a talent ecosystem strategy that integrates full-time employees, gig workers, and AI-driven automation
    • Develop programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent in workplace experience roles across EMEA
    • Create cross-functional, agile teams capable of rapid innovation and problem-solving in complex client environments
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Develop robust risk assessment frameworks for new workplace technologies and experience initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with diverse and evolving labor laws, data protection regulations, and health and safety standards across EMEA
    • Create crisis management and business continuity plans for workplace ecosystems in volatile global contexts
  • Financial Modelling and Value Creation:
    • Develop sophisticated financial models that demonstrate the long-term value creation of human-centric workplace investments
    • Create innovative pricing and contract structures that align JLL's interests with client outcomes
    • Identify and pursue new revenue streams related to workplace experience and ecosystem management

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Organizational Psychology, Business Strategy, Architecture, or Data Science
    • 15+ years of progressive experience in workplace strategy, organizational development, or related fields
    • Proven track record of driving transformational change in complex, multinational organizations
    • Deep understanding of EMEA markets, including cultural nuances and regulatory landscapes
    • Strong background in data analytics, behavioral economics, and emerging technologies
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly changing environments
    • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to influence at the highest levels of organizations
    • Fluency in English and at least one other major European language; additional languages are a significant plus
