• Technology agreements, outsourcing, and procurement contracts.
• Commercial contracts across multiple sectors.
• Privacy & data security matters, including GDPR compliance.

• Qualified solicitor (NQ - 6 PQE) with experience in commercial law.
• Background in a large, medium, or boutique corporate law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
