Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to agreements, licenses, and vendor contracts.
• Advising clients on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and mitigating risks.
• Conducting legal research to stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Providing legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including senior management and various departments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract management strategies.
• Assisting in the resolution of contract-related disputes, including negotiations and potential litigation.
