What you'll do

The Customer Value Management Team is responsible for building trust and advocacy with our existing customers by engaging them at the right time, with the right support; driving deeper and more profitable relationships for Vodafone Business UK.


You'll work with us to deliver consistently outstanding marketing communications that drive engagement, customer satisfaction and commercial benefit within the SoHo Business base. This role specifically focuses on producing and executing marketing messages and E2E campaigns across multiple channels such as App push, SMS, MMS and Email.

The role is best suited to a confident person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, commercial acumen and someone who enjoys turning insight into action. You will be comfortable in setting a vision and own strategic decisions and influence the direction of the team as well as the wider business. You will have experience in building commercial business cases and be able to deliver against KPI's to demonstrate your impact.

  • Support with the delivery and prioritisation of all commercial CVM initiatives.
  • Manage and support with weekly trading updates and activity for the Head of CVM
  • Ensure all updates and proposals contain actionable insights, clear progress and a robust delivery plan.
  • Support with the relationship with the Telesales & Digital organisations, and the continual improvement of working practices between CVM, Digital and Sales.
  • Deliver against agreed contributions to the strategy across enterprise, taking necessary proactive action to close any trading or demand gaps.
  • Brief creative resource and manage the campaign production process. Write engaging and informative briefs that clearly communicate the activity taking place and the desired response. Have a clear, considered opinion on the quality of the work providing actionable and structured feedback.
  • Encourage creative innovation within the wider team identifying new opportunities to deliver compelling creative executions.
  • Ensure all CVM activity reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice and that all communications are legally compliant and drive a positive response

Who you are

  • Significant experience in commercial and/or customer/direct marketing roles, preferably within telecoms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functionally across all levels of the organisation, and preferably through telesales & digital organisations.
  • Strong analytical ability - understand complex data from multiple sources and articulate data and insight requirements.
  • Marketing campaign management experience with emphasis on commercial outcomes (e.g Sales, Demand, Revenue).
