Salary: Competitive salary (£65,000 - £72,000) plus annual bonus.

A dynamic organisation is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This is a permanent position based in Birmingham, with a hybrid working model requiring one day per week in the head office and two days of travel per week.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
• Own the month-end management accounting process, ensuring clear operational insight.
• Oversee capital and operational expenditure (CapEx and OpEx) for business investments.
• Present financial analysis and performance insights to senior stakeholders.

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or working towards certification.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive financial improvements.
• Experience presenting complex financial data to non-financial professionals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-making.
