Key Responsibilities:

- Advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and insurance coverage issues.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
