My client, a well-established and growing law firm, is looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their busy dispute resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor seeking exposure to a diverse caseload while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:

You will be managing a varied caseload, covering:

1. Property Litigation - Landlord & Tenant disputes, evictions, Section 21 Notices, adverse possession claims, repossessions
2. Commercial & Civil Litigation - Shareholder disputes, shareholder agreements, debt recovery
3. Housing Disrepair (HDR) - Handling claims and providing expert advice in this growing area

The Ideal Candidate:

1. A qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE) with experience in commercial and property litigation
2. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
3. Confidence managing cases independently and meeting deadlines
4. Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
5. A proactive, commercially minded approach to litigation
