The role will encompass activities within highly regulated industries including Airport, Energy, Rail, Highways, Nuclear, and Transmission & Distribution sectors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and executing procurement related activities initially, transitioning into post contract administration.
  • Working with NEC and FIDIC contracts for effective contract management.
  • Collaborating within multi-sector teams to support procurement and post contract activities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand key objectives, risks, and opportunities.
  • Recommending delivery models, commercial, and contracting strategies aligning with client goals.
  • Performing market analysis to identify trends, appetite, opportunities, and risks.
  • Sharing best practice and feeding insights into the client organisation.
  • Providing mentorship and leadership to junior colleagues.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
  • MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent chartered status.
  • Experience in leading multiple procurements of complex construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and delivering excellent outcomes.
  • Experience with standard form contracts, specifically FIDIC and NEC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in a consultancy setting.
  • Ability to manage and delegate tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Client-focused, with a dedication to building and maintaining relationships.
