Commercial Manager

Salary: to £110k + benefits + travel

Based: London (NW1 2DU)

An experienced infrastructure Commercial Lead with a Quantity Surveying background is required to take up a key role on a major infrastructure Station contract on HS2.

The role will initially be focused around overseeing a major utility works and diversions for the project that will be critical for the future success of the contract. Following these works, you will move into other areas of the project and take up a lead role overseeing key sections civils and build works. The project is at a fantastic timeframe to join, and the Directors / Leads are an excellent group to work with.

The suitable candidate will ideally have the following experience:

1. Major project background (station experience would be preferential but not essential)
2. Excellent NEC contract background
3. Strong client interfacing skills
4. Quantity Surveying background
5. Degree qualified, ideally chartered
6. Structured career history, showing progression throughout
7. Ability to manage and mentor
8. Good understanding and knowledge of utilities
