Commercial Operations Manager

Location: London, hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 months

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our clients Retail Operations team and play a pivotal role in creating market-leading affordability programs that inspire customer loyalty and accelerate growth.

Your Role:

• Oversee program operations, including offer management, partner engagement, and financial controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate terms & conditions and pricing statements.
• Manage quarterly/monthly invoicing with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure smooth transaction reconciliation and prompt payments.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships across departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong experience in e-commerce operations support.
• Proven success managing consumer-facing program operations, delivering strong business outcomes.
• Proficiency in handling large data sets with expert Excel skills.
• Experience in external partner management.
• Strong copywriting skills, particularly for terms & conditions and user agreements.
• Financial reconciliation and project management experience beneficial.
