Commercial Property Lawyer needed in Morden, Paying £40.16ph PAYE - Reference:
Responsibilities:- Work closely with one of our partners.
- Engage in regeneration plans and projects, ensuring compliance with good governance principles.
- Carry out some transactional work and act as an intelligent client for retained external legal advisers, facilitating collaboration with SLLP colleagues.
- Experience and background in commercial property.
- Good regeneration experience and sound commercial property expertise.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
