Commercial Property Manager - Job Overview

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring lease obligations are met.
  • Navigating landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and new lettings.

  • Strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters, service charges, and rent negotiations.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and income maximisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assets and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
