About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded Top Legal 200 law firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance office-based collaboration with the convenience of remote work.

The firm is looking for a driven and ambitious solicitor to join their highly skilled commercial property team, where you will manage a diverse caseload, advise high-profile clients, and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and high-value commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and take ownership of a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant issues, and development projects.
• Advise clients on a range of commercial property matters such as planning, environmental issues, property finance, and leasehold disputes.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial property contracts, leases, agreements, and other property-related documentation.
• Conduct due diligence, including title investigations, searches, and advising on any title issues that may arise during transactions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal advice.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as surveyors, agents, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of documents for commercial property finance transactions, including mortgages, loans, and security arrangements.
• Provide expert advice on property management matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant disputes.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in commercial property law and market trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong experience in handling a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial property documents such as leases, contracts, and related agreements.
• Solid understanding of commercial property law, including planning and environmental matters, and property finance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
