- Established role within the Commercial Property Department.
- Commercial Property work is targeted as a key growth area and you must have the ability to deal with a broad range of clients.
- Excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience and have a hand in the development of a long-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm.
- Commercially aware and willing to really put the client first.
- The role will also involve active participation in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media and networking activities, as appropriate.
- Circa 3 years PQE.
- Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing.
- Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents.
- Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law.
- Proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships.
- Enthusiastic, willing and strong team player, having an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Able to communicate very well in writing using correct grammar and plain English.
- Possess strong organisational and inter-personal skills and be IT proficient.
