Commercial Quantity Surveyor

I am currently recruiting for a company in the defence industry who are looking for a couple of commercial QS to join their team. This is a really exciting time to join the business with some really exciting long-term projects.

• Manage costs and sub-contractors for defence projects.
• Work on a variety of projects including refurbishments, re-kitting, and new builds.
• Handle pre-contract cost planning and post-contract sub-contract management.

This is an opportunity to learn and progress within the business.

You will need a QS background with some knowledge of NEC contracts. You might be a post-graduate who has gained some experience on a fast-track scheme or similar for another construction-related business, or you may be more experienced in this field.

These are roles offered on a long-term interim basis.
