The Role:
You will join a dynamic and supportive commercial team with a broad client base across sectors including manufacturing, retail, tech, and healthcare. Work will be varied, including:
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and supply agreements
Advising on data protection, IP and technology matters
Supporting corporate transactions with commercial input
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through pragmatic, commercially-focused advice

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2+ PQE, though all levels will be considered on merit)
Solid grounding in commercial law, ideally from a recognised regional or national firm
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for client care and business development
A commercial mindset and a team-focused approach
