Role description
As communications executive, you'll work with the communications manager to drive the delivery of key communications projects to build Allica's awareness with established businesses, partners and corporate audiences.
With a focus on consumer and corporate PR, content and social media, you will work across the full mix of communications channels to hit communications objectives and maximise the reach of campaigns.
This will be a mix of project management and content creation, and would fit someone eager to own their work, drive change and find ways to get things done.
Principal accountabilities
PR/commsProject manage campaigns, including content creation, stakeholder management, project management and reporting (with the support of the communications manager, wider marketing team, and our PR agencies).
Support communications manager and PR agencies with story generation, planning and campaign execution.
Work with Allica's relationship managers to source opportunities for customer case studies and stories.
Ensure content aligns with Allica's tone of voice and messaging framework.
Track and report on Allica's key PR metrics and share coverage with the rest of the business.
Own Allica's organic social media calendar to support key business areas.
Create and schedule content.
Repurpose existing content to increase social engagement with ongoing campaigns.
Grow Allica's use of organic social channels, such as Instagram.
Track and report on Allica's organic social media performance.
Personal attributes and experience
We'll be looking for someone who:Experience in a communications role (brand or agency-side), ideally in fintech/finance, or similar sector with a small business audience.
Is a strong copywriter able to write in an assured, approachable and no-nonsense way.
Is a project manager, not shy to work with various stakeholders and find ways to get things done.
Is a storyteller, able to succinctly articulate Allica's mission to multiple audiences.
Is a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
Can demonstrate they're able to work across a variety of content mediums and are familiar with all major social media platforms.
Can show they are data-driven in their decision-making and analysis.
