Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Community Engagement & Delivery Lead to drive the success of our Digital Skills Academy. You'll lead programme delivery, strengthen sector partnerships, and champion responsible AI use in recruitment. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with expertise in digital skills, AI, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the Digital Skills Academy and 'Train the Trainer' AI programme
- Engage with sector partners, educational institutions, and community organisations
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and impact reporting
- Represent Catch22 as a subject matter expert in forums and working groups
- Ensure all data and reporting comply with policies and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of AI and digital skills
- Experience in training delivery (online & offline) and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
- Passion for creating meaningful change through digital skills and education

Contract: Permanent
Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week.
Location: Home based role with regular travel to our Pear Tree Street Office.
