Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified accountant who is committed to learning complex compensation accounting and has exposure to global finance operations. No prior compensation accounting experience is required; however, it will be an advantage.

The team
The Group Compensation Accounting team provides accounting services globally for the Group's compensation-related costs. The role provides broad exposure to compensation accounting processes and requires a candidate who can work flexibly.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for:

  1. Monthly processes including bonus provisions and payroll payments.
  2. Accounting for various share and fund award schemes.
  3. Maintaining the integrity of data within the Group general ledger systems.
  4. Delivering the annual bonus provisioning process.
  5. Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  6. Ensuring risk management via documented procedures.
  7. Assisting in consistent global payroll posting processes.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Candidates should be:

  1. Systems literate, particularly in Excel.
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years in a professional environment.
  3. A qualified accountant (up to 3 years post-qualified) with a strong academic background.
