The Opportunity - Senior Compliance Professional, Short-term Contract, Part-time Welcome

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Integrity Lead to join a major consumer brand in London.

This is being offered on a part-time (3 days a week) 3-4 month rolling contract arrangement, working closely with the Head of Legal and a number of other Business Integrity specialists, also based in London.

The firm has an excellent culture for governance and this is a long-term initiative to create a "best in practice" regulatory programme which is currently being designed, developed and rolled out across the UK business.

Although senior, this is also a hands-on appointment where you'll have exposure to senior stakeholders across the whole firm with a view to influencing change and maintaining accountability and awareness across Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

1. Substantial experience of working within a Compliance and Ethics, Risk Management, Investigations and/or Audit environment.
2. Demonstrable experience of working and influencing senior stakeholders, whether directly or indirectly.
3. Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. The ability to speak and explain in layman's terms to non-regulatory people.
