• Lead the implementation and optimisation of the ConnectWise platform, providing expertise on its architecture, configuration, and best practices to ensure maximum value and efficiency for the organisation.
• Strong background in IT consultancy
• Proficiency in configuring and customising ConnectWise
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience in system integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
