Consolidation Manager

As a Consolidation Manager, you will play a key role in the Group's monthly financial reporting. You will apply your expertise in accounting, consolidation, and IFRS to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the consolidation process, including equity reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and elimination entries
• Perform control checks on consolidation packages during closing periods
• Support remote sites with financial reporting as needed
• Coordinate with the tax department and ensure tax reporting compliance with new legislation
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis based on management requests
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of consolidation processes
• Ensure accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting compliance with IFRS
• Provide IFRS analysis and business partnering to assess the impact of potential transactions
• Maintain alignment of SAP account structures with the Group's chart of accounts

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consolidation, accounting, or external audit
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS, accounting, consolidation, and tax
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, IBM CDM, and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with accuracy
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience
