THE GIG
Providing first class Admin support for the EMEA Construction manager, delivering proactive and reactive support within Dr Martens. This role is fast paced, and you'll need to have great attention to detail and be happy to stick with a task until the end as well as being adaptable when work tasks & priorities change. At Dr Martens we champion individuality and want people to play to their strengths. We've listed below some key accountabilities for the role:
Construction Administration role:
- Complete reports showing activity, costs, and concerns.
- General administrative support for the Construction department.
- Own the Store procurement process, create trackers and follow ups with suppliers.
- Raise and receipt all Construction related PO's and invoices.
- Complete the new supplier set up and all necessary compliance checks when onboarding a supplier.
- Support the accounts department with any invoice queries and follow up with suppliers and contractors.
Project management support role:
- Coordinate the administrative side of the project with internal and external key stakeholders: follow up orders, programme, tracker.

- Similar experience within a similar role for a retailer.
- Confident team player with an engaging approach.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have good IT skills generally.
- You'll work within and contribute to a highly engaged team - ensuring a collaborative culture and providing guidance & support to other team members.
- You will bring the outside-in; you'll share best practice across the team/business and encourage ideas sharing as well as collaborative problem solving.
- You'll lead the way and role model on all things DE&I & wellbeing.
