Your new company
Our client is a well established dynamic fitout business with a very strong brand for the delivery of exceptional fitout projects for a diverse range of clients. With further growth anticipated in 2025, they are now seeking to appoint a construction manager to their business.
Your new role
As construction manager, you will be fully responsible for the delivery of all of their projects onsite. You will be managing a team of delivery professionals including project managers and site managers whilst at the same time ensuring smooth and efficient communication with your internal design team and procurement. You will also be ensuring your client base is kept positively engaged throughout the construction process. As Construction Manager you will also get involved in front end preconstruction work and bidding, and you will be expected to be able to communicate effectively with your client at all stages of the process.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a construction professional with extensive CAT A and CAT B fitout experience with an ambition to step up into a senior leadership position. You will be experienced in the delivery of projects up to £5million in this space. Reporting directly to the MD in this role will give you the opportunity to really impact the trajectory of this company's development as it progresses its turnover towards £30million. You must have strong all round leadership ability and be an expert communicator capable of changing your style depending on the audience (subcontractors, site team, client, design etc).
