Job title: Construction Manager- Rail Depot

Role

You will be expected to co-ordinate activities of construction and associated works working in a client sided capacity; working to budget and in line with all relevant standards, processes and procedures. This will be a depot build focused role.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Undertaking the role of construction manager for the project.
• Controlling all on-site technical activities client side.
• Rail engineering co-ordination across sites and work packages.
• Office-based co-ordination.

Essential requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of rail engineering.
• Safety Management training.
• Good knowledge and understanding of structures standards, processes and procedures.
• Client-sided based work previously.
