Job title: Construction Manager

Day Rate: £270 - 300

Location: Beckenham

Duration: 6-12 months

O'Neill and Brennan currently have an immediate requirement for a construction manager with strong experience of fireproofing, externals, and balconies who also has good interpersonal customer and client-facing skills to join a reputable contractor on a freelance basis. The work will involve strip out and upgrading fire measures among other things.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in an externally biased construction manager position on fast-paced residential projects
• CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
• Experience with fireproofing is absolutely essential
