We are seeking a construction solicitor to join our client and their accomplished team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel to our client. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, including contract and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
• Providing legal support and guidance.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction law or commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.
