Consultant - Lean Six Sigma Job Description

This role involves operational process improvement for a large commercial bank. The consultant will be responsible for driving efficiency and transformation within the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement operating models for process improvement
  • Lead business change and transformation initiatives
  • Utilise methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Kaizen
  • Identify and execute cost reduction strategies
  • Analyse and model business processes to optimise performance
Essential Skills
  • Prior consulting experience would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in Operating Model Design
  • Experience in Business Change and Transformation
  • Expertise in Financial Services
  • Strong skills in Cost Reduction and Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Kaizen
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
