Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery.
- Technical experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration and/or service management.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and German for collaboration with international and local stakeholders.
- Experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations, with experience in large account/project management.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with messages to technology and business audiences and C-Level audiences.
In this role, you will be a Trusted Advisor to our largest customers, ultimately responsible for ensuring the overall success and transformation with Google Cloud.
You will align at the executive level, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, and understanding the business requirements and goals. You will lead the shared roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate customers' digital transformation to maximize the value on Google Cloud.
You will draw on your technical, communication and organizational skills to help customers get the most value from the Google Cloud Platform. Your previous experience with enterprise infrastructure implementations, cloud platform design, Big Data solutions, and application development will play a part in your day-to-day work driving success and advocating for our most critical customers.
You will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate the journey to our platform, maximize the business and technical operations, and serve as the primary advocate. The end result is increased value, retention, customer satisfaction and ultimately expansion of the Google Cloud footprint. You will be leading initiatives to improve the customer experience with Google Cloud.
