My client is looking for a Contact Centre Delivery/Project Manager to work on a 3-month initial remote contract with some ad hoc travel. The role will involve managing the delivery of Contact Centre projects.
Key Skills- Delivery of Contact Centre specific workstreams integrating AWS (Contact solution) with the MS Dynamics product suite, including:
- Telephony: Core capability for telephony configured for client-specific deliveries.
- Chat/Chatbot: Core Chatbot and Webchat (agent assist) capability for voice configured for client-specific deliveries.
- WFM: Workforce management for the contact centre.
- Delivery of Internal web application/solution to provide:
- Account Management, Contact Management, and Case Management for Pensions administrators.
- Knowledge Base, Interactions Management, and Marketing for the Digital Engagement Team.
- Delivery of Member Mobile App:
- Utilizes functionality/core journeys from broader Digital Product deliveries for a wider rollout across Pensions.
- Pensions experience is highly desirable.
