We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Acquisition Manager to join a leading professional services business supporting the publishing industry. This will be a 12-month maternity cover working 4 days a week with hybrid working: 2 days a week in the London office and 2 days from home. The role is paying an annual salary of £37,000 - £40,000 FTE which will be pro rata.
The Content Acquisition Manager will be responsible for working within the Rights and Licensing Team to establish and manage relationships with publishers, securing content for their digital products and initiatives. As part of this, you will present the product to existing and potential publisher clients and lead account management meetings with publishers to drive content acquisition. Stakeholder consultations will be a key part of the role, as well as running webinars and events and collaborating internally with marketing to promote product benefits.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of having worked with stakeholders before - this might be in a partnership's role with publishers; developing or commissioning a digital product; or perhaps you come from a rights and licensing background and are looking for a new challenge! You will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrable experience of building excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships.
