What we need
We're looking for a Content Specialist to help bring the YOOBIC brand to life across digital channels. Sitting within the marketing team under the Head of Brand & Community, you'll create and repurpose engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth.
This is a hands-on execution role - perfect for a creative storyteller who thrives on producing a variety of content formats and shaping how our brand shows up online. You'll collaborate closely with teammates across demand generation, product marketing, revenue marketing, and sales to create content that supports campaigns, fuels pipeline, and strengthens YOOBIC's thought leadership in the retail and hospitality industries.
You'll also play a key role in supporting FRONTLINE FRIDAYS, our podcast for retail leaders, by creating promotional assets, repackaging episodes into compelling content, and helping manage its Instagram presence.
And if you love LinkedIn? Even better. We'll look to you to create and engage on LinkedIn - crafting posts, engaging with our audience, and ensuring YOOBIC has a strong presence on the platform.
What you'll do
Content Creation & ExecutionWrite, edit, and refine content across multiple formats, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with YOOBIC's brand voice.
Create a mix of long-form and short-form content, including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, email copy, website content, and more.
Develop visual content - creating graphics, GIFs, and short-form video clips using Canva (or similar tools), and collaborating with designers on higher-production assets when needed.
Own content creation for the FRONTLINE FRIDAYS podcast - crafting promotional assets, repurposing episodes into snackable content, and helping run the podcast's Instagram account.
Adapt writing style and tone across different formats to maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with retail and hospitality leaders.
Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, revenue marketing, and sales to create content that fuels campaigns, engages prospects, and supports key business initiatives.
Drive YOOBIC's content presence on LinkedIn - writing, scheduling, and engaging with posts to boost reach and visibility.
Help grow the podcast's Instagram presence, ensuring it aligns with our broader brand messaging and content strategy.
Manage and maintain YOOBIC's content library, ensuring internal teams (especially sales) have access to up-to-date, high-impact content.
Repurpose and refresh existing content across multiple platforms to extend its lifespan and reach.
Apply SEO best practices to ensure our content is discoverable and optimized for search.
Measure the impact of content across social and digital channels, tracking key engagement metrics and audience insights to refine strategy and optimize YOOBIC's presence.
What you have
3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing. (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus!)
A diverse content portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling long-form and short-form content, as well as visual content like GIFs, short video clips, and graphics.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style based on audience and format.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn content strategy and engagement (you're not just a poster - you know how to drive conversations and visibility).
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or other basic design/video editing tools to create simple branded visuals.
Ability to manage multiple content projects at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Experience working with podcasts or repurposing podcast content is a big plus.

The purpose of the content. What was the goal? Who was the audience?
Your approach. How did you craft the messaging? What challenges did you solve?
The results. Did it drive engagement, leads, or brand awareness?
