An award-winning firm in Nottingham is searching for a Contentious Probate Partner to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work for a firm ranked in the Legal 500 and the Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide. You will play a key role in delivering top-tier legal services in contentious trusts and probate matters.

As a Contentious Probate Partner, you will:

1. Work in an expert team advising on I(PFD)A 1975 claims, construction and rectification claims, Court of Protection disputes, executor and trustee disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, and will challenges.
2. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, including attracting work and raising the firm's profile within the contentious probate market.
3. Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering top-quality service and building strong, professional relationships.

To be successful you will have:

1. Strong knowledge of contentious probate law in a management position.
2. An appetite for business development.
3. The ability to supervise and manage a team.
4. Excellent technical and commercial skills.
5. Strong client-facing skills.
6. Strong business development skills and a proven track record of developing business - ideally with a following of work or otherwise referral network.
7. A good teamwork ethic.
