We are looking for a Contract management consultant (m/f/d) experienced within the Energy Industry

Location: Remote: 95%; onsite: 5% Essen

Details: Consult the newly to be established department contract management and consult in the EM implementation project

Tasks (independent delivery):
* Establish and maintain trading relationship with counterparts including negotiation of master trading agreements
* Coordination of novation with counterparties
* Negotiate collateral documents
* Negotiation of agreements with Energy Exchanges
* Negotiation of brokerage agreements
* Act as coordinating interface between various support function (eg legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, compliance)

Objective:
Preparation of UK market access for MFE; establish MTA standards and broaden counterparty portfolio, also - if required - for other EM entities (apart from MFE) to implement strategic solutions.

Skills:
Must haves
-Experience in the energy industry
-Experience with contract negotiations
-Legal background required
-English must

Nice to have:
-German advantageous
-Lawyer advantageous
-Experience with stock exchanges advantageous
