  4. Advising, guiding, and coaching stakeholders who manage working at height activities (incl. scaffolding - fixed and tower; mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs); fall prevention and fall arrest systems; ladder safety systems (esp. Tetra).
  5. Advising, guiding, and coaching stakeholders who manage activities where utility avoidance is critical (incl. breaking ground; utility detection equipment; overhead power lines, etc).
  6. Liaising on HSE for external stakeholder engagement including evaluations as part of relevant tender processes.

What we're looking for:

  1. Proven experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
  2. Experience coaching and training colleagues on health and safety best practices.
  3. Deep understanding of CDM Regulations 2015.
  4. NEBOSH National General Certificate.
  5. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  6. NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management would be desirable.
  7. CISRS Scaffolding Inspection Card Holder would be desirable.
  8. You should have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and be happy to travel.

What you'll receive from us:

  1. £450 flex-pot annually, discounted shopping & cycling scheme.
  2. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day every year up to 30 days).
  3. Opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year.
  4. Company pension scheme matched up to 12%, life cover at 4x your salary.
  5. Flexible working - we're committed to giving people flexibility as widely as possible.
  6. Options for private medical insurance, dental insurance & critical illness cover.

It's a fantastic time to join us at SNG. We have an ambitious corporate plan to deliver an inspiring agenda of change and growth in a sustainable way. You'll be joining a highly skilled team at the forefront of driving these improvements and we'd love to hear from you to explore your skills and experience further.
